Free Assessment

I offer a free 15 minute telephone assessment to discuss your needs and consider how I can help you.  Acknowledging the fact that attending counselling can feel a little daunting, this initial conversation can also help you decide if you feel comfortable enough to work with me.

Fees

  • Counselling - Fees are usually charged at £63.00 per online session or £66.00 per 'in-the-room' session.    Concessions (fee reductions) are available for 'block' bookings of 4 or more sessions.

  • Supervision - Fees are charged at £60.00 per hour (1-2-1). 

​​

  • Students ('Counsellors-in-training') - Concessions are available for personal counselling from £38 per session and for supervision from £38 per hour.

​

Payments can be made in cash or by bank transfer.  Payment clearance in advance of session commencement is greatly appreciated.

Corporate/Business Clients

I welcome enquiries from organisations who wish to offer an individual counselling service to their employees. I also provide a specialist, bespoke Stress Management service as well as one-to-one Performance Coaching.
